A new and unique workout concept, the first of its kind in Israel, where Pilates meets Fitness. A workout that targets the whole body using a high number of repetitions accompanied by energetic and fun music. There are two levels of difficulty, beginners FiT and advanced EXTREME FiT

FIT PILATES

Pilates based on the much recognized and loved classical Pilates repertoire, but with higher level of intensity. By adding pace and repetitions, we’ve upgraded the classical method and increased the level of difficulty.

HIIT FIT

A fun and energetic workout that targets your sexy muscles. Combining the world of Pilates and dance with a dynamic, music-based workout structured around a sequence of Barre exercises performed with a high number of repetitions in order to achieve maximum, full-body results.

FIT BARRE

A fun and energetic workout that targets your sexy muscles. Combining the world of Pilates and dance with a dynamic, music-based workout structured around a sequence of Barre exercises performed with a high number of repetitions in order to achieve maximum, full-body results.

CORE FIT

A workout for 6-pack lovers. A whole class dedicated to targeting abs from every possible angle and .position

BOOTY FIT

Addicted dynamic  class that devoted to get a perfect & firm bootylicious.  45 min of overall hips, gluts and thighs mixing barre, mat and reformer work.

FIT & BURN

 Based on our signature FIT class. Same workout with addition cardio sequence. Fits to those who want to work hard, sweat and burn!!
